BORDC Events 2021

Here you will find a full list of all our planned events for 2021. These range from 'easy going' TYRO Trails to more challenging Cross Country Vehicle Trials (CCVT)s and exciting Orienteering Point to Point events! TYRO Treasure Hunt Tilquhillie 13th June 2021

Due to social distancing regulations to restrict the spread of COVID19 all competitors and passengers must fill in and submit a MSUK self declaration sign on form and pay event entry fees electronically before the event. Drivers at Treasure Hunts must hold a current valid RTA licence appropriate to the vehicle, entries are permitted from Drivers who are 16 or over but who do not have a current valid RTA licence for the vehicle, provided their passenger holds such a licence and is experienced in Cross Country Trials. Furthermore drivers aged 15 or over are permitted where the competitor has finished four TYRO Trials and the vehicle is road legal. The SRs also permit drivers aged 15 or over in a special vehicle where the driver has finished a further four Cross country Trials in a road legal vehicle. (Young drivers will not be permitted additional passengers) Passengers between the ages of two and eighteen are allowed but will not be considered as Competitors for the purpose of licensing or Club membership and will not be required to sign on. All passengers will be secured within the vehicles in a manner that would satisfy the Road Traffic Act 1988. if the occupants do not live at the same address then proof of a recent negative Lateral Flow Covid test for both must be provided before the event and face coverings must be worn while in the vehicle.
Entry fees for the event will be 20 per driver and 10 for one or more passengers.
Please download and fill in a separate copy of this declaration form for each driver and each passenger over 18. Please send copies of each form to info@bordc.co.uk
Please then proceed to the Club Shop Events section and purchase Competitor and passenger items to match, entry fees will be 20 per driver and 10 per passenger, then go to checkout and pay with the bank details provided.
Entries will close at 8:00PM on Friday 11th June or earlier if the entry limit of 20 is reached
